Nick learned his craft with a long stint at the multi award-winning New World Trading Company, progressing through the company at pace, to eventually head up the company’s bar operations for several years.

Working for the UK’s fastest growing F&B company, Nick gained invaluable industry insight across multiple brand operations, leading the drinks side of the company’s aggressive rollout strategy with a pioneering vision and creative approach.
